QUALITY STATEMENT

Access’ QMS is a dynamic (active) document that applies to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of NDT activities that affect the safety of people, protection of property and the environment. It primarily follows the recommendations and guidelines of ASME, CSA, ISO and WorkSafeBC standards and:

Supports the delivery of electronic documents and data control.

Is dedicated to complying with client requirements

Continually seeks to improve our QMS processes, products and services Ensure continued client satisfaction.

Access’ expectations are to develop and deliver products and services that provide maximum results at minimum cost. Employees are aware of and understand their contribution to achieving this quality policy.

Top management communicates and demonstrates their commitment to this quality policy and objectives for quality throughout the organization on a daily basis. Our quality and objectives for quality are reviewed for continuing suitability during our annual management reviews.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Top management will ensure that quality objectives, including objectives to meet requirements for the product, are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization. The quality objectives must be measurable and consistent with the quality policy. For example:

MEASURABLES: at a minimum, we will measure and analyze the following to determine areas that may jeopardize our ability to consistently deliver conforming products and company with our quality policy.

➤ Manage our on-time delivery, current monthly average-100%. Reduce the number of customer requests for application assistance, current monthly average 20%. Document and data control requirements not properly addressed in our programs, no available data as yet. Results of customer surveys. Top management is required to review the QMS at intervals that are sufficient to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness of the QMS. The review must assess opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS including the quality policy and quality objectives. Records of management reviews will be maintained.
