QUALITY POLICY (Mission Statement)
Access’ QMS is a dynamic system that applies to the delivery of welding and coatings inspection activities. Access’ is dedicated to:
– Continually improve our QMS processes and services
– Is dedicated to complying with requirements of interested parties
– Timely service of inspection activities and reports
– Ensure continued client satisfaction
– Meet the requirements and guidelines of API, AWS, ASME, ASTM, AWWA, CSA, CWB, ISO, AMPP-NACE-SSPC, TSBC,
– This policy is communicated to interested parties, as appropriate.
Top management communicates and demonstrates their commitment to this quality policy and objectives throughout the organization on a regular basis. Our policy and objectives for quality are reviewed for continuing suitability during our team meetings and annual management reviews.
SCOPE
The scope of the Quality Management System (QMS) applies to the non-destructive testing of welding and coating using a variety of methods such as Advanced Ultrasonic (PAUT), conventional Ultrasonic Testing (UT shear and longitudinal), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT) and Coating Testing (CT).
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Top management will ensure that quality objectives, including objectives to meet requirements for the services, are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization. The quality objectives must be measurable and consistent with the quality policy. For example:
MEASURABLES: at a minimum, we will measure and analyze the following to determine areas that may jeopardize our ability to consistently deliver conforming services.

– Managing our technical and organization certifications
– Customer satisfaction feedback
